Job recruitment agency scam

Job scam is doing the rounds. Applied for data entry job advertised via Indeed and Workable Had telephone interview by recruitment agency and two days later
had email job offer and contract from hiring company. Was told job was
subject to a criminal single offence check and advised to use an online
disclosure check service and pay for express service in order to start job in
time. Long story short all three companies are fake. The recruitment agency, hiring company and disclosure checking company are all linked and using details
of a real company for ID theft of applicants details and fraud.
Reported to Action Fraud and Safer Job. They now have started another scam advertising for customer service positions and also set up another website claiming to process tax rebates.

The agency is called Madeem Recruit and have videos on YouTube
The job was for 556Clothing Ltd /Clothes & Dresses Ltd

A few people have fallen for it, what was the website address for the accelerated check? This is what is needed in this thread so google picks the result up as a scam

The recruitment company is Madeem Recruit
Job is for 556 Clothing Ltd/Clothing and Dresses Ltd

Clothing and Dresses Ltd is a real company and 556/Madeem are using their details

They have videos on YouTube also where there is also a video highlighting it as a scam.

It seems they have been advertising for customer service positions also and also have a site claiming to process tax rebates officaltaxrebates.com

Seems they are also claiming to have a warehouse in Brighton now

Hi I just joined to let everyone know that it is disgraceful that this is happening & I too, am a victim.
I emailed all scammers (Juan, Madeem and uk online disclosures) threatening to go to the police if the rumours about the scam were true! I got messages back for a refund from uk online disclosures! even though they are part of the scam they will offer to give you your money back. They are tramps! Make sure it's reported to the police and bank asap! :mad::mad::mad:

I got messages back for a refund from uk online disclosures! even though they are part of the scam they will offer to give you your money back. They are tramps! Make sure it's reported to the police and bank asap!

I had never heard of Indeed before I signed up to Universal Jobsmatch, and now I get loads of emails from them:(

Indeed are a site which pull job adverts from many sites and display them on their site search. When you click the ads it goes to the site where Indeed have found the job.

UJM goes to various sites when you click apply, not all jobs are listed directly on their site. So you may find you've signed up to Indeed without realising because you've clicked through to apply for a job or there's been a job with Indeed listed on UJM that you've applied for that's then signed you up to their mailing list.
