Full and Final offers

Hi,
Been on a DMP 2 years. Debt down from 22k to 8k. Threatened with closing my DMP twice for bipolar -induced speding.

Now maybe about to get 5k from the courts for an investment that was dodgy.

Obviously, I want to clear as much of the debt as possible. Any ideas what % to offer as full and final settlement. If I go 8k I would obviously pay them all off.

Any advice welcome.

sounds like you have only another year to go on your dmp so you may not get a spectacular deal.

Try 30% and see what they come back with
