how do I trace a relative cheaply or for free .
I know she lives in Chesham and has done so for about 10 years .
I have tried 192.com and the number is ex directory.
She has a big birthday in January and I would like to send a card but I dont have an address.

    Have you tried putting an ad in the local paper, or if there is a local radio station perhaps they would put out a request for her to get in touch?
