Holland & Barrett's sales... What do you go "crazy" for?

Hello Money Savers :money:
I am going to be a little nosey today...
Are there any hidden gems which people tend to swoop in and stock up on when H&B have their "Buy one, get any other item half price" sale?
I only ever tend to buy the same few items whenever I go there
I'm not much of a fan of any other things. I never buy their supplements because I eat good food and get my nutrition from food. (However, I have noticed that a lot of their vitamins have sweeteners in them, tut tut!)
Also, their healthy dried snacks (e.g. sunflower seeds, dates, etc etc) tend to go stale really quickly (even when I keep it airtight and use a hairband to keep the plastic wrapper sealed). Sorry to sound like I'm moaning!
I was curious to see what other people go "crazy" for when H&B have their famous sales...
