Another quick question please if you will,
Basically when completing the SOA on the BR forms how do we sort the money as we are both going BR.
We get child tax credits, I get income support and careers allowance, how do we work this out please on the SOA?

if you both get a joint benefits payment, i'd split 50/50. You'll have a meeting/phonecall with OR where you can clarify and tweak if needed
If you get a benefit in your name put on your SOA, if in joint names as above0
