I tried to get the road & rail set when it was 50% off selected toys, same thing happened to me. Then the other day was trying to buy quite a few bits with 20% off and it happened four times, each time taking something else out of the basket. It came up with an error something like this item no longer exists in our store, yet when I went back to check all the items were apparently still in stock

Oh well, at least I saved some money by not buying everything I was going to originally!

I too have had problems. I ordered a TV in one of their previous promotions and I didn't receive a confirmation email.
When I contacted them they claimed I'd never placed an order.
The tv sold out and I was fuming.
I ordered a TV again using the 20% discount last week and it seems to have gone through Ok, fingers crossed.
But something 'wierd' happens on that site when promotions are active.
