Maybe you could try not to be so rude to people and if someone has not posted in the correct forum or format tell them politely and without sarcasm and arrogance. This is a new member and there are ways to tell new members the process with politeness and understanding so that the forum attracts them here and encourages them. Many of the more experienced members do it this way and explain politely the process. Just a thought.
