What are the mortgage legal rights for foreign national ? can they buy house in UK if they have got valid status or visa.

There are no restrictions on UK property ownership for foreign nationals unlike many other countries.0

There is no problem with ownership. However, you asked about mortgages.
If you need a mortgage to buy a property, then lenders are quite particular. If you are a EU national they will usually lend up to 75-85% LTV.
If you are a non-EU national then it can be difficult to get a mortgage, unless you have at least permanent leave to remain.In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
