Amazon Affiliate Question

I started my own design business in March 2014, which is doing great and I was able to give up my job once my maternity leave ended. A lot of the products I sell are templates/Logos/ Clipart most of which are sold on Etsy/creative market and my own website as instant downloads. Which is perfect with a 1 year old. However i have been looking at some affiliate marketing for my website. As I sell digital products my sales are worldwide which the majority in America.
There are certain affiliate deals (website templates/hosting etc) that interest me and I have been reading up in my spare time.
Im just confused whether I should promote products in English Stirling or USA dollars.
If there is a product in UK £ and most my website customers are USA, then it might be confusing. If they are taken to a product in pounds.
Does anyone have any advice.
If Someone was selling 'physical' items they would have to create affiliate ads in their customers country right?

With Amazon affiliate you need to create accounts for each area you want to use.
You can have multiple affiliate links to an account. So if you want to sell in America you should create an account and use $, for the UK you need a British account and charge in £. Amazon handles the conversion when they pay out in to your bank, by cheque or in Amazon vouchers direct to your Amazon account.Laters
