Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Combo Breaker Xmas Saver!
Check out Virgin with Quidco and see if they are offering a better package. Maybe the full package of TV, Internet, Phone & Mobile ? I think that starts at £40 so definitely some savings to be made. 4 for £40 deal includes free weekend calls on landline and 300 texts and 300 mins for the mobile. Plus Quidco rebate of £55 which would cover the £50 termination fee with Orange (though you may be able to talk that one down a bit anyway)
Menu planning er I'm not great at this either but getting better with practice. I shop online and always find at least £5 off code to use so it's essentially free and stops me impulse buying. I start making the list at least 24 hours before I intend to put it through (if I rush it I forget stuff or make inpulse buys)-start with the special offers and BOGOFs and plan as many meals around those as I can. I have a rule not to go shopping otherwise-if I don't have it-I do without til the next weekly shop. Makes me really think about what I need. Not only am I saving money but we're eating better too. Once you get into the habit it honestly becomes easier.
Reducing your debt by a thousand already is really good that's a third gone !

Everyone has suggested for me to do a spending diary, that way you will know where the extra money is going. sorry if that was already suggested. you sound like you are doing really well so far in reducing your debt.
