Ok, that does help, as Fermi says, it appears they have sent you a copy of the current terms and conditions, and the current copy agreement, they should of send copies of the originals as well.
You could make the argument that they have not satisfied your sec 78 request because of this, sometimes a creditor will admit defeat if you make them aware of that fact, sometimes they won't.

I would reply thanking them for the constituted waffle they sent, however as the request was for the initial agreement which is prior to 2007 the actual signed CRA please if you dont mind, the clock is ticking as well.I do Contracts, all day every day.0
