Malt loaf recipe

Hi,
I've recently discovered that I like malt loaf, the soreen type. Though it's not expensive I'm wondering if there's a recipe for it so that I could make it myself? I might make it bigger and freeze it? My DD likes it as well so could give it to her as a snack or in her lunch box. TIA

Right near the top of the OS list of threads is a sticky - Squeaky' s index. Click on that and scroll down till you get to the cooking collection. Once there, you will find a recipe for malt loaf under Cakes. Haven't tested it myself but give it a go and let us know what it's like.
