DMP creditors letters

Hi.
Is it better to take the creditor letters into the branch's themselves or to send them off to there HQ's? One letter has to go to my A&L credit card but that is run by MBNA as far as I know. Can I still take that into a A&L branch?

I sent all mine to the address I would normally sent payment to, what address is on your credit card statement. Banks tend to have different offices for different things.
