Hi.
Is it better to take the creditor letters into the branch's themselves or to send them off to there HQ's? One letter has to go to my A&L credit card but that is run by MBNA as far as I know. Can I still take that into a A&L branch?

I sent all mine to the address I would normally sent payment to, what address is on your credit card statement. Banks tend to have different offices for different things.0
