Aaarrrrrgg QUIDCO wont work

Hi

Can anyone offer me any help on this.

I have joined Quidco and despite using the right password and username it wont let me log in, it just lets me enter my username and password and takes me back to the merchants page i was looking at and still says you have to be logged in to take advantage of this offer.

I have emailed the help desk who just resend me a new password that does the same.

In desparation I opened a hotmail email account and created a new Quidco account but this does not log me in either.

Aaaaaarrrrrrggggggg what am I doing wrong?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Please help its driving me mad:confused::confused::confused:

Thanks

Andrea

Try clearing your Quidco cookie on your computer, and then log in again.

Best to save your user name to your computer so you don't have to keep logging in.

    If you use Internet Explorer.

    On your toolbar go to
    Tools
    Internet options
where it says browsing history click on settings then view files

Now you will have a screen of data in front of you.

Find the data with Quidco on and delete.

Alternatively you could when you get to browsing history click on delete. This will delete all your cookies and internet files, so you will lose any stored passwords etc. You will have to log in again to all your sites including MSE

I think you might need to click the "remember me" button when you log in on quidco? Have you tried that?
