Hi there
You can type out your forms and then print them out, or do them by hand - as long as they're legible it doesn't matter. Hope that answers your question!

I got a buy now pay later thing finance product a couple of year back for a watch for my fianc!, it's all paid off but wondered although it's a woman's watch will this be included as my asset when it's actually hers, but it was me who got the finance. Thank you0

Hi without starting a new thread thought its best just to use this one.
As you know I'm saving for my BR fees at the moment but a quick question please regarding the constant phone calls I've been getting from who I think is the creditors, do I answer any of these or do I ignore the calls because I am not sure what to say and with my kids keep asking who keeps phoning I'm having to have to lie to them saying its PPI.
Thank you0 -
Hi....nothing compels you to answer the calls. If you do answer a call, feel free to say whatever you wish to say..[but, it is unwise to mention anything about BR, since that often results in a desperate increase in call numbers.]
It is possible to write to all your known creditors, demanding that in future all communication will be by letter only, and phone calls are to cease.
[Whether that happens or not is debateable.]
You could change your phone number? Or, obtain a mobile, give that number only to those to whom you may wish to speak, then simply unplug your land line? No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
I found it easier to speak to creditors & say I was in financial difficulty. I offered a token payment of £1 a month & once that was done they all left me alone. Stepchange advised that & it saved loads of grief.SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65

Hi me again sorry to be a pain.
We are on rolling 24th contract with 3 mobile and currently have the new iPhone ordered for the 25th of this month but I'm thinking would it be better to change my price plan which will be £52 a month, I know I can't afford it and thinking about changing the price plan, also what shall I do with the phone when it arrives will I have to send it back I'm not sure how it all works.
Thank you.... forum must help thousands of people each day and God knows how people got through things when the internet wasn't about.0 -

For BR purposes, you almost certainly won't be able to keep your current plan. It might be better to include your mobile contract in your BR (if you can't get out of it) & start again with a cheap sim only deal. There are good deals out there (giffgaff for one) which include minutes, texts & data for under £15 a month. The OR will want to see this cut right back.SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65
