    Why are you posting this here? It's not only highly unlikely they the cyclist you saw is a user here but further more the cyclists here are in most cases (if not all) do not behave that way and wouldn't condone such behaviour.

    I'm just back from a cycle where I had a near miss with a vehicle that didn't understand how passing places worked but I haven't posted in the motoring board as there would be no point. I don't understand why people think they need to post their experiences of bad cyclists here.
