for a customer service role.. nervous!

There's lots of websites out there, a google search will bring them up. I read a lot of those before my interview and picked up a lot of tips. The one I remembered and was conscious of doing all through was talking about what *I* did and not what we did. All the advice sites tell you that they want to know what you did each time.
I also tried to think of questions that would be asked and thought of true (mainly true, sometimes I exaggerated) examples from my previous jobs. I quite enjoyed the interview when it came and really told them how great I was! And I got the job.0 -

The 'complaint' role play was harsh, though- no real win, though I reckon calmed them down..breathe in, breathe out- You're alive! Everything else is a bonus, right? RIGHT??0 -

Just get lots of scenarios ready which could be used against a few things like Teamwork/good customer service etc. Make sure you go through what you did and what was the impact (be specific) so the interviewer gets a full understanding of what you achieved.Good luck!0
