Can anyone help, please? I keep receiving twits from The Red Ferret, I have blocked them and I have muted them yet I still receive twits on my timeline. Does anyone know what else to do? Of course they say I have been hacked... and it is not them! Help please. Many thanks.

I've got the website info but what do you mean?

I expect someone has made a fake account or has hacked the official red ferret twitter as Ive been following them for ages and never even see them pop up in my timeline let alone have anything from them. I used to read red ferret when it first launched.

Hi, thanks for replying . I have blocked theredferret AND muted them. That should have sufficed, nO?

How do I get directlly in touch with Twitter for that kind of thing? Thanks again.

Update: I have reported them too. Hope I can get rid of them. Thanks sydroo.
