Wooden floors - recommendations
I live in a 30/40 year old end terraced and have had enough of my digusting carpet. We moved in 3 years ago and decided to stick with the downstairs carpet (living room/dining room) as it was fairly good nick. Two kids and several carpet washes later and it's covered in stains. It depresses me no end everytime i walk in the door.
I've had a peek under the carpet and the floorboards look in really good nick. I'm thinking of either sanding them myself (Hiring from HSS etc) but with two kids and a full time job I don't know when I would find the time! Can anyone recommend any floor sanding companies in the Glasgow area - ones that won't charge a fortune?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
