Prize Draw Rules - Mazda MX5

On entering you agree to abide by the rules as stated.

1. The prize draw is open to those invited to participate by Littlewoods Shop Direct Home Shopping Ltd.
2. There is one main prize of a new Mazda MX5 plus one year's motor insurance to a maximum value of £1,000. Littlewoods Shop Direct Home Shopping Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative prize in the event of the original prize being unavailable. Prizes are non-negotiable, non transferrable and there is no cash alternative.
3. The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over and resident in the UK and who applies for a catalogue other than existing catalogue customers and employees of Littlewoods Shop Direct Group Ltd. The closing date for entry is 31st December 2007.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw. Entry instructions form part of the rules.
5. The winner will be chosen at random from all telephone, postal and on-line entries on 8th January 2008. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion. By entering the draw you agree that your details may be used in future marketing activity. You also agree that we may disclose your name and home town if someone requests a list of prize winners.
6. The winner will be notified by post within 14 days of the draw. The vehicle colour may be decided by the winner from the options available for that vehicle. The delivery date will be agreed with the vehicle supplier and is subject to prevailing availability. It will be the responsibility of the winner to arrange their motor insurance cover, which Littlewoods Shop Direct Home Shopping Ltd will reimburse up to a maximum value of £1,000 upon proof of payment.
7. Responsibility cannot be taken for any mislaid, lost, damaged or incomplete entries. Proof of posting will not be taken as proof of delivery. Damaged or defaced entries will be disqualified.
8. The winner's name and home town will be available after 14th January 2008 by sending a stamped address envelope to Mazda MX5 Competition, Park Lane, Netherton, LIVERPOOL, L72 1LF

I'd imagine this is the same comp ( although mine is with Grattan) as they are both Littlewoods Home Shopping Direct companies and the T&C's are identical, could be wrong tho
