Tesco Boost

I noticed that the Tesco Boost event ends today, so called the helpline and the first guy I spoke to said he converted my clubcard points into boost vouchers for me. After hanging up, I found it hadn't been done.
I called back and a woman answered and said I needed another department, then hung up on me. I called straight back and found the line was now closed for the day.
Can I change my 2500 points into boosts online or will my daughter miss out on lots of extra birthday presents?

You couldn't changed your points to be pedantic, only your vouchers. If your receipt shows 2500 points then these and all those added before the cut-off will come out to you in vouchers, in late Oct/early November.
If on the other hand, you do have vouchers, all you had to do was go on to Tesco Direct, find something of interest and 'add' the vouchers at the checkout and it will double (Boost) the value to take off your bill.
For store - just as easy to have seen someone at the customer service desk, and they can convert vouchers into Boost vouchers, but spend them straight away. Though, close of business in-store was 4.00.

You no longer had to update or change your vouchers over, I called up on Saturday to ask the same thing as I was unable to access my clubcard account online for some reason.
What happens is that you get to the checkout and when you pay are shown options to use your clubcard points as part of the Boost. I used all mine fine and everything went through paying with just my clubcard points for something costing double the amount so it does work.

OP if you've been wrongly advised I'd call back to explain as the Boost ended on the 13th and you wont be able to double-up for a while yet, they state that they record every phone call so if there was any wrong advice given (eg saying they were going to double up the vouchers and get back to you), maybe make a complaint and get them to trace the calls -you'd need to say what time you called so they can trace anything though.
