  • My order (strictly legit, no codes etc.) was cancelled today, and I quote
We wish to advise you that we have unfortunately utilised all stock for the above title(s) at GBP 2.00. We are truly sorry to cause you such disappointment. This title(s) has now been cancelled from your order. We have also authorised WorldPay (the payment provider) to process a refund back to your card in relation to this title. We ask you to kindly accept our apologies for this disappointing situation. Warmest Regards
I then queried this as they are still selling the same CD for £9.99 and received this response -
Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry for the disappointment caused as we do not intend to cause any inconvenience. The CDs were advertised for a certain price(@GBP 2.00) as long as the stocks are available. Due to the high demand of people buying, stocks ran out. Whatever we were able to supply at the moment, we did fulfill the orders and have shipped them out.

We hope the above information helps. Have a nice day.
It was a pity as I did want to hear the album. I'm not sure of the legalities of this as they had already accepted my payment and do still sell the same item? From previous experience Bang-CD was not very good - due to very slow delivery. I certainly wont be using them again.

My money returned to my account, so i have emailed to ask why they kept hold of my cash for a week before refunding me, and (as above quote) notice it's still selling (albeit different price). Am waiting for my reply off them now!
    Kat :money:

All in all not a bad result then:
The genuine bargain hunters were spared their hearing and kept 2 quid
The greedy ebay hoovers don't get to rip anyone off

One girl keeps her boyfriend because she didn't get him the worst present in the history of presents.
  • ahh but he likes her!!! lol (he has very dubous taste in music sometimes)

    i don't

  • Never mind the quality (or not) of the item, the principle is that they should still provide, there is no good reason for them not to. I just think that they are very cynical.

Seriously, considering people on this site get excited when Asda are selling mint sauce for 3p as though it's made their entire week, I really don't think wanting Kate Nash's CD is at all sad!

Seen her at festivals over the Summer and she's been fab, I'd have liked the CD for £2, but at the end of the day... there's always Limewire!

haha..... you're not wrong. Any album that has song titles (I looked on Amazon, honest guv) such as:
    D*ck Head
    Mariella

    and my favourite

    Sh*t Song

deserves to be filed under "well dodgy". Get him The Stones 40 Licks and reap the benfits yourself. He'll be all full of testosterone  after that lot.:rotfl:
