Found this and sounds quite "interesting";)

Its a pen that will squirt dye onto a mugger (or anyone I suppose) so that if the police are involved, helps them identify the offender.

Sounds quite a good idea, plus its free. It does say if you order more they do discounts, but they will send one for free if you fill in the form.

I've applied before as well, & have never got anything. I'll make do with a pen from the shops or keep my purse down my bra rather than rely on getting this one for free - I'll be grey with boobs like spaniels ears before this pen turns up.

knowing my luck if i used one of these on a mugger i would get sued for damaged to THEIR clothing!!!

I've applied for this before - it's actually just an ordinary bright yellow pen.
