Oak Crown chicken roll

Options
Saw this in the Co-op, Oak Crown chicken roll by Tulip foods. 400g for £1.00. Seems very cheap. It's the usual processed square slices si I don't expect it to be quality stuff but ok for packed lunches I guess. Has anyone tried it?

Tesco do something similar, peew. 55p for 300g's.
Only had it once, tasted a bit wet. But cheap protein, maybe good with loads of sauce/chutney etc.

I've tried the ham version by the same brand, it was a while back but I remember it being very, very chewy, and not in a good way! I wish the Coop would stop selling cheaply made (badly made) sliced meats because they've never once in my experience been decent!

I agree. Find Tulip to be below Princes in my opinion.

When ever see Tulip or Princes, I tend to find an alternative on the shelf
