4kWp solar quote advice

I've been quoted the following for a 4kWp solar install using the 285W JA Solar panels with SolarEdge optimisers and a SolarEdge SE4000 inverter. Does it sound reasonable? I've had multiple quotes from 3 different local companies and they all come around the 5.5k-6k mark (other than one outlier at 6.7k with a worse system...) depending on precisely what panels and inverters they've offered and whether they're "optimised". This seems the best on a tech basis. A quote for the same but with 16x250W JA smart panels (built in optimisers) came out ~£350 cheaper, but I believe they're less efficient in lower/redder light than the 285W panels? (the Percium bit, or something...)

So do you have problems with shading on your roof, if not ditch the solaredge and get a string inverter. It's 14 less bits of equipment on your roof that could go wrong.
    Does your roof suffer shading?
