Workoout playlist for gym beginner

To be honest I have a few health problems so can't do anything intense and have just started at the gym. On the treadmill I can do a brisk walk for 5mins , 5 mins cycle @ 70-75rpm and same with x-trainer 5mins.
I want to build backup to where I was able to do 15-20mins on the treadmill @ an incline, 20mins on cycle level 8-10 and 2x10 mins on the x-trainer.
I need some music playlists to motivate me to workout. I want different music for the treadmill, x-trainer, cycle and later on something for the rowing machine.
If anyone could give my recommendation's or examples of their workout playlist that would be great. At the gym the tvs seem to either have the news on which depresses me or cooking/food programmes which just make me hungry. So basically I want to zone out of the background noise and focus on the workout.

It depends what you're into tbh. I don't find I need high tempo stuff most of the time now, so I'll usually listen to new albums or audio books or the like.
It helps that you are enjoying whatever you're listening to, whether it's comedy, trance or golden oldies0 -
There's some variations on spotify. I sometimes just make a playlist from the various songs:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

I'm in the gym daily and have a variety of sources of amusement. I flick between songs/albums on Youtube, am listening to the Harry Potter books on audio and sometimes watch things on my Kindle. Thanks to wi-fi as long as you've some kind of internet enabled device it's quite easy to keep yourself entertained and distract yourself from aching legs etc.0

You have to find what works for you, Eminem and 50 cent rap works pretty good for most0

I find a lot of Zumba music good to work out to as its catchy and the BPM is high. Similarly, when I'm doing my housework, I tend to listen to Gaydio, a gay digital music station, as it plays lots of high energy dance music so I get stuff done quicker. I'm straight, but the music the station plays is fantastic. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? There is a huge variety to choose from on youtube. Depends what you are into really. For a cardio workout I prefer prodigy. For weights workouts I prefer the more aggressive nu-metal playlists.0

If you get spotify you can pick a genre and it will play a variety, you can also make playlists. The only downside is if you have the free version you have to listen to the adverts every half an hour. We’ve had to remove your signature.
