Can I leave Barclays without paying off Barclay Loan
HiI am wondering if I have a loan with Barclays would that effect my ability to switch bank accounts? I assume it would be treated as any other loan but has Barclays got a clause so it can make me pay it off or change the interest rate? I can not afford to pay off the loan at the moment. Thanks.

No it doesn't affect your ability to switch bank accounts. You just open a new account elsewhere and give Barclays your new account details.0

As DCFC points out it won't matter at all.
I switched from NatWest to Lloyds last year and my NatWest loan wasn't affected. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
