Hi I had a lot of chocolate and I mean quite a lot and a few minutes later the room suddenly span a lot for about 20 second sis this normal?

I've got a medical condition, which includes vertigo.
On of the things that I do to help is to avoid lots of chocolate.
If it keeps happening, maybe you'd need to go to the doctors to check it out.Early retired - 18th December 2014
