The last Ann Summers party I went to (about 6 years ago) wasn't exactly moneysaving - I ordered 'something' whilst rather drunk, paid for it, and then was too embarrassed to go and collect it from her house! :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

IDA - I'm in the works lottery syndicate (I mean the National Lottery, not the S&S one I just won) - do you think we're due for a win?
I've been paying £60 a year into it for 5 years, and my share of the winnings over that 5 year period has averaged £19.
What's Ann Summers bingo? Or is it too rude to say on here? :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
I had a little lambrini (cherry) before playing so the rules (I think there were one or two) went over my head, but there was lots of giggling and shouting. Basically just an excuse for ladies to let their hair down and have a laugh. The "products" are very good and often do exactly what it says on the tin - shame on you Snaggles for not collecting what you paid for that was not very MSE!!!
PS: I think lambrini is compulsary at Anne Summer parties!I stopped smoking 25th June 2007STILL Never complacent but confidentMy debt is GOING DOWN!!!!0 -
Heehee, thanks, she's a little monkey isn't she!
I've just had some exciting news - I rang work to confirm my hours, and my manager said 'I've got a cheque here with your name on it'. I thought she was going to say it was for £4 (my payslip showed £4 last month but I didn't get it.....oh, I must remember to chase that!), but she actually said I have won this months sports and social lottery, and the prize is £150!!! :T :T :j :j
So that will almost pay for the cover for the camper....hurray!
good news
I was going to say you could "treat":D yourself to some Granny pants too....but unfortunately I see you will not have enough left over:sad: :rotfl::heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -
Lol, no - in fact there will be a small shortfall (£24) but we can cover that by keeping going with our freezer challenge and spending less on food shopping next month.
I've done extra exercise today, because I forgot Ryan's PE kit, so have been to school and back twice today already, and another school run to do just after 3pm.
I haven't done my crunches yet though......HATE them!!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
having seen pics of you, you dont need the Granny Pants anyway:T:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0
