It isn't about boasting, it's about people sharing ideas and information, for example when I wanted to find out more about VCT's (venture capital trusts) or when I was wanting to find out more about have a diversified portfolio by investing in equities, I also offer advice back too.

But someone like you only ever posts to argue or have a go at someone, I don't think that I have ever seen you genuinely sharing information with others without doing that (mainly having a go at boomers or making snide remarks about those on HPC). The funny thing is though, what usually happens is that after you insult someone (just like you have done to me in the post above), and they then respond in kind, you run off crying, muttering something about them being rude, and please note, I haven't descended down to the level of your post, throwing insults around.

Surely some of the rise is to do with lack of supply though... in my area very little is for sale and both asking and purchase prices are rising fairly fast.

I think that the lack of supply has a lot to do with it.

You are not interesting to me at all, that's another fail to go along with your others. Although no doubt your mental illness (which manifests itself by your constant wailing and jealousy about boomers having more than you) is probably very interesting to some in the medical profession. Surely you at least realise that you are not normal, don't you?
