RTB and FTB Natwest mortgages

Hi,
This is my first post, so please bear with me,
We are going through the right to buy scheme, we have been given our offer price, and going through an IFA through my work for the mortgage, and just wondered what the next steps and really where we are in the process,
Friday 04/09 our application was submitted and approved to Natwest,
Monday or Tuesday this week all of our paperwork, proof of identity and income was submitted to Natwest along with our direct debit mandate and bank details for the valuation fee,
What comes next? I really have no idea,
Our mortgage is for £107,100 and the house is worth £185,000, I'm just really nervous it's all going to fall through, patience is not a strong point of mine,
Thanks in advance

The valuation is done, the offer issued and then everything is taken on by your solicitor.I am a mortgage broker. I'm going through the natwest mortgage process now.
Although mine just a normal purchase rather than a right to buy but I'd imagine from a mortage point of view it's similar if not the same.
Here's the current process with natwest- Application made
- Proof of income documents sent (if you get them certified and faxed via a branch it can save time)
- Documents will be scanned onto their system
- Underwritten & valuation ordered (payment taken)
- Valuation booked by surveyor
- Valuation survey will take place
- Survey report sent to natwest
- Final checks
- Format Offer
Once you have the offer your solicitor will take over and process to completion.0 -

The valuation was very quick for us, they came out on the Monday and we had the offer by the Wednesday, it's now in the hands of the solicitors, but two weeks on and they have done nothing as they have not yet recieved the contract details from the vendors solicitors!!Make £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

I am in the same position and RTB purchase as well..
All done via a broker..
DIP provided, now submitted full application with all necessary documents and details for valuation fee..
Are they likely to review all the details first or arrange the valuation as the next step?... FTB and a bit nervous to see if this will be accepted or not...
Here's hoping!0 -
