I received a WEM a week ago from London calling say I had won some theatre tickets and someone would be in contact with me to arrange.
No time frame was given and a week on I have not received a call

Personally I would first check when the shows closes. If it was the end of Sept or before I'd chase now.. if not I'd leave it another week or so.0
