I tried all day yesterday and couldn't get anything. We have been going for 5 years .Last year they pulled the parade. Now it seems they have reduced the spaces . Now saying it is sold out. I think this is cause of the new store owners they are saving money. shame im going to have to find a new tradition for my family now

That's a shame. We were very lucky and managed to get a November slot.

If you have one of their Reward cards, you get an earlier email. I went with my grandchildren a couple of years ago, before they were of school age, and it was easy to book and not busy but I guess weekends and school holidays would be difficult. I am not going to bother from now on. TBH, they seem to be a bit confused by seeing so many Santas around, everywhere they go.

Yet again I didn't get the 'save the date' email. Just managed to get a November date after 1 hour and 50 minutes on hold to Christmas music! Wouldn't have bothered but DD convinced this santa 'knows her'!
