AJ I'm thinking maybe I do actually have asthma. The wheeze came on so quickly last night.

I was meant to go back after about 6 weeks when I felt better to do a peak flow reading that would have been about end of September. I was only thinking how well I felt last week as in no coughs etc for ages. I know my joints have been playing up but that was to be expected after what I tried to fit in around and for Mr Ts's birthday. :o

do yourself a favour and make an appointment at the docs , it's an easy test and at least you will know one way or another.

I must admit that I don't always use my inhalers when I feel well but am supposed to use the pinky one morning and night. I've got the wheezy breathing so am using both of mine now.
Don't forget to use the spacer as you intake more of the stuff using that :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Hope everyone is well. Sorry no reports of any glitches from me. Could do with a c&c haven't checked but assume gluton free stuff still off the agenda.
