The free steak voucher is valid when one main meal is ordered and the 1000 points can't be combined with any other offer so I'll take DD1 and we'll get:

Bill 1
2 free starters using reward points (one for me and one for the mrs)
Free steak using MOC
Main meal (prob something like fish and chips) for DD1 but I'll not let her eat it all because it's from the adult menu
2 free desserts using reward points (one for DD1 and one for me and the wife to share since we had starters)

Bill 2
Main meal from steak/grill menu

The only things we'll have to pay for are the main meals from Bill 1 and Bill 2 and drinks but we'll get points back on both bills (including 1000 bonus points on Bill 2)
