Evening all.
Just catching up and see that Nanny is back, hope all OK.
Sarah, hope all goes well with the little one.
I need to get my shopping mojo back. Life has been so busy since coming back from our cruise.
The funeral was awful, D's stroppy daughter and gdaughter wouldn't tell us where the wake was, so we had our own. D's son was excluded completely by them, so I videoed the funeral for him, and he managed to visit the grave before it was filled in, with his flowers and a letter for his Dad. Mum went to visit the grave 2 days after and they had removed all our family's floral tributes, she couldn't find them anywhere. I received abusive texts. It has all been so upsetting.:(
A good friend went to his gp as he had developed double vision, and after an urgent mri scan was taken to a London hospital where they removed a brain tumour the next day. He has some memory loss, but is making progress.
Today has been the first 'normal' day for ages. Had a pub lunch and half a bottle of merlot and some laughs.
Hopefully I'll have time to catch up properly and get my Waitrose pick and Sains account vouchers sorted, Xmas shopping started, and get back into mse shopping.
I'm off to France for a few days break soon. My friend, like VT, is a calming influence, so a bit of r&r will do me good.
I hope all is well with you all. Nice to see old posters returning.
Hugs to all in need.

I confuse the 2 because they are on opposite sides of the road in chester“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
With C&C, do we think the RTC price appears on their handheld scanner/system (regardless of whether there is a SEL with that price for them to scan) or do they physically have to scan the SEL even if oos? Just wondering with items not in their normal place how the instore collector enters the item on the system (and whether to risk an order when items are in the RTC/clearance section rather than their normal shelf).
Many thanks

We are having homemade streak, onion and potato pie for tea with whoopsied creamed spinach, carrots and sweetcorn.
Made a massive pan of minestrone soup with whoopsied baby leeks, celery, fresh basil etc. I even got croutons:T
The rest of the basil will go with the pork mince to make Italian meatballs
Even got a beautiful bouquet of £15 flowers for £1.50 which I passed on to a friend who's going through a tough time at the moment. I was going to send her flowers this week do probably saved myself £15 to £20:T
Must have been a run on creamed spinach! Was it Finest as couple of pots of it but I left them as still over 50p.
Got some strawberries 10p punnet there were loads and organic 4 pack kiwis 5p. :T
Some pots of olives with feta for 45p, Mr TS will be pleased.
No flowers today must admit not bought any since I had my chest infection back in the summer. :eek:0 -

Under my week.
I am starting a good week from now0 -
I've got a Divine Cream 8ML to collect - seems a long way to go for such a little sample
I am wondering if it gives the same to everyone despite their youth or maturity
I didn't end up going into loccitane last month to register for the nail varnish swap thingy - think it finished at the end of September
It was Crabtree and Evelyn for the nail varnish . I didn t realise we had one in Chester but when I did I got one just a day or so before it closed. It s a good quality one too worth £6. I wanted to get one for Dawn but the pest wouldn't t allow it .
I've got Divine cream sample too but only as I'm going to Chester on Tuesday to go to the dentist.0
