    You haven't said what else you got in your box. Did that cushion the blow in any way? Sometimes totting up the value of the entire case can make it still be a bargain even if you get a duff bottle.

    I personally would be miffed but I wouldn't complain. That's just me. I'm not sure what they will do if you do complain? But if you feel strongly about it then ring or email them.
