I would say we need to know her inside leg measurement :eek:

You really don't need your feet flat on the ground it makes peddling really really difficult (burning thighs)

I know we are both wimps, actually don't have them completely flat but certainly have seats lower than we should that explains why my thighs are like jelly after. :rotfl:

Just measured mine and I am 28" inside leg. She rides my frame bike ok but no idea what it is and she must be at least inch more than me so let's say 29".
