So a friend and I had fun earlier scrutinising the new 'smoking in cars' law earlier.......which I totally agree with BTW.
We worked out the following

If you are over 17 you, or a passenger in your car can't smoke with an under 18 year old in your car

If you are 17 and driving alone you can smoke in your car

If 2 17 year olds are in a car, neither of you can smoke as you have an under 18 year old in the car.

If you are 16 you can have sex in the car but neither of you can enjoy a smoke afterwards :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I welcome this law but because of the age needed to get a driving licence it is a badly written !!!! I just hope it's more enforceable than people who use mobiles whilst driving :mad: :cool:
