When the bill came, it was around £55.00 we were  at that aswell, really dont know how people pay full price for pizza. The waitress had forgotten to take our vouchers off the bill.
Yes the starters are very tiny and well over priced. We never have them ourselves but eldest son wanted olives £2.85
I suppose in some places, maybe abroad the pre dinner olives come free
Its worth bring on their email list though as they always have offers especially on Wednesdays - today's was BOGOF - 2 garlic breads and 2 mains so together you would pay I think less than £15 so not too hideous
A useful offer anyway if you have a midweek get away - eg cheap Premier Inn or Travelodge in a city or town that has Pizza Express than one evening meal sorted out easily
Mind you sometimes you can sometimes get good groupon or livingsocial meal deals - main and a glass of wine for £15 or under but its good to have a back up plan
But I have enjoyed the Pizza Express offer over the last 6 weeks or so and hopefully they will run it again.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Just completed 1191 in Candy. No boosters and 11 moves to go and I still only got 2 stars :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Has he completed his detailed new bathroom induction yet?
Yes he has been introduced to the new bathroom but I have grave doubts as to his ability to gracefully slide the new shower enclosure open without yanking the handles off or the doors off the sliders
Oddly he has not had a shower yet, often he has 2 or 3 a day so the test will come when he has to cope with detailed instructions as to what to do with towels, door handles, the bathroom door itself which is not to be swung back so it crashes into the shower, sink mess etc
He once was fully domesticated but all of his abilities have been lost now after years of living in service accomadation and eating in mess halls ..“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
