I thought I remembered you saying this a little while ago- so today armed with mine and my DH gift cards we went in the shop and asked for gift vouchers- one young girl said she wasn't sure how to process it, her supervisor wouldn't allow it and said we had to buy- we only had a few minutes so bought a 'wheels on the bus' mug in a christening presentation box reduced to £7.49 so pleased with that,,but I now have £2.51 left on my gift card which I certainly wont use especially in 2 days..

You should have bought 2 mugs

and then immediately returned them

I more or less told them what to do as the assistant didn't know and the manageress was nt up to speed either. Bet they were cursing me lol. I bought something for £7.50 then returned it there and then and I had the £2.50 put back on my card and a voucher which will last for 2 years for the £5. It won't last me that long obviously but gave me more time than the few weeks on the voucher .

Did you have a good weekend then? See the sun even came out for you

Sorry Bubbs been flicking all day inbetween customers :(

    Yes, sun was lovely.

    It was packed!
I reccomended getting a bigger venue next time as they were turning people away and rightly so (I've been to some events where they cram people in to the point that you litrally can't move and that's a no-no!) but apparently there's nothing else large venue local unless they went over to MK and there's already a dedicated comic-con there so :(

Sun was lovely on my trip to Asda otherwise we're crammed into a dark venue :( Heading to Swindon next week, any of the Elite from Swindon could start making this the grand tour. ;-)
