We've searched high and low, and we can't find the details of your shop..

Make sure you've waited 3 hours after shopping to compare. If you have done, double check you entered them correctly and try again.

I haven't any shops to check for you but I have just checked an old apg that I haven't printed yet and that went through ok. Not sure that this helps though

I've tried 2 fresh receipts from normal shops yesterday evening, both giving the same message ?


Double checked the receipt numbers, so not mis-keying them.
