tweets, hope you're feeling better now?
Good cholesterol rating by the way, do you know what it was before you lost your weight?

Yes I am 100% better now.

    Thank you :)

Sorry that was my first cholesterol test.
Before I lost weight it would probably have been sky high I ate loads cheese and could go through a 500g tub spreadable lurpak in a week

Now I don't have lurpak or any butter spread in my fridge , I buy cheese very rarely ;)
  • OMG tweets, 500g tub of lurpak in a week

We have a 250g tub of low fat spread from Lidl and it lasts us about a month!

Well done for cutting down so far :D

Nannylala rang the doc's and asked receptionist what my cholesterol was she said 5 and it was normal HTH

Good evening tweets that's good news ...they normally tell you what number it is and then let you know if is too high or not.My DH 's was 9.5 when he had his Heart attack at 50years old but some people can make cholesterol regardless of Diet and so he got put on Statins to lower it :(

I would thickly spread it on bread , put chunks in my mash or on new potatoes and veg, fry mushrooms , if I made veg soup it got added I thought it flavoured the soup :o

Probably used it on other things but forgot :)

No wonder I was a fatty bum bum

I know its not ideal and i would be annoyed too but its only a couple of hours Look at it as an opportunity to wow the other guests with stories of your bus trips or hens The shopping would probably be way over their heads You have a great way of telling stories and i am sure the others on the table will be concerned about being labelled spare too

You will enjoy it later :j

I am sure i posted about a wedding we attended in June when the woman next to me was chatting about her hens I was able to contribute to the conversation and tell her all about my friends hens :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Glad you had a great holiday

I know some of the people on the spare part table and my desire to be in their company is up there with my desire to hand my entire monthly salary to asda without getting anything back in return :rotfl:

I am :D that you could tell stories about your friends chickens
