    Evening all :D
You will be pleased to know after redialing 80+ times i got a docs appointment and have been this evening , i have tennis elbow in both:eek::eek:
After visiting 3 pharmacies and flipping my lid in 2nd one :o i still dont have my prescription :(

I had tennis elbow and got a sleeve type of thing with a Velcro band to tighten / do it up. It holds the muscle fairly still so it does tear any further off the bone  hope you get your tablets soon x

I'm glad you managed to see doc but not good you have not been able to get script yet.

Just a little warning I too was first diagnosed with tennis elbow even had the steroid injection in my elbow to no avail. Was only when I went back yet again and saw locum instead of my GP I was referred to hospital and after bone scan was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I was getting referred pain from my thumb joint in my elbow.

I hope your meds do the trick when you finally get them x

I opted not to have the needle  arm band and extra pain killers. I think my osteo was helped along from various falls when I used to ride everyday, a few years back. I take skis release morphine capsules now and found they help so much.

Off to watch CBB, feeling peckish, wish I could have gone to Bella tonight but we haven't got one near us. Crisps will do :rotfl:
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Hope everyone else had as good a time as you. :D

I remember when the Ts Tasting Evenings were different from store to store especially the xmas ones. :rotfl: Will never forget QoC got huge bottle of choc baileys and I only got a miniature. :o

BTW you can change you photobucket albums to private and still share links to photos but no one can access your bucket. I changed my settings not that long ago, not that I had anything personal in it.

He would have done it too. I always remember Brown Owl taking him to one side after DD1 had been to camp as she had licked her plate clean. She had been asked what her dad would have thought. And she said he would be pleased. :o

First post and it may be an unpopular store specific offer (I haven't confirmed) but a bargain for anyone else that manages to find these.

These were in the Express store on Alfreton Rd Nottingham

Chocolate ones were still marked at £2

My Tuesday morning will start a little brighter knowing I bagged this small victory...... Just a little though

You are probably right AJ, I was told old injuries can be first place it appears if you are susceptible. Think have mentioned before other places showed on scan but I had broken my thumb as a youngster and that was first place it manifested. But other hand is bad now too. :( Must admit I was concerned about heat in Turkey but felt best I have done in ages, maybe because everything was being done for me. :rotfl:

  • Mhoc- you are bloody awesome!!!
Just home after stuffing our faces for the last 2 hours. The food was fab! And we even got a free glass of wine and a free limoncello shot.
The service was faultless as well.
    Thank you for sharing.
Love from me and Mr Stink xxx
