            I need a really easy and nice recipe for some chocolate cupcake frosting...
 made some beetroot and choc cupcakes yesterday but the frosting I made to go with them with cream cheese ,icing sugar and coccoa powder is refusing to set and is still quite liquidy...
 ....should I have perhaps tried something with unsalted butter?frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

 You can adjust the thickness of buttercream quite easily, nice simple recipe here

 Dino Prosecco
 2 x Jacquart champagne
 Tsarine champagne
 £93.50 ish...
 probably my only criticism is I would have swapped one of the Jaquart's for something else....but overall not a bad mix.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
