shoulda got a law degree folks
not wishing to take part in the debate but we all know what we are getting into when we get into it. The education we get opens doors to us that some people can only dream about. Yes we have to pay for it, and why shouldn't we? I earn enough to pay for the education and earning opportunities I have and I am happy to do so. it's taken to get to very close to my 5th decade to be able to do what I want to do.
if I ever get to be a doctor.......which I should be by December if nothing stands in my way. I'll have done it by sitting at the computer for hours at night. By studying, by putting hours of work in, by just working my !!!! off. I will be where I want to be.
I gnored the talk about things earlier. I have worked in the public sector my whole life. I left when I saw the demise of final salary pensions coming. I took voluntary redundancy to preserve my future and I'm not ashamed of it0 -

I totally agree. I was very lucky had a full university education without any debt on a full grant. Got a decent job in the public sector, have married, had 3 children, am now hoping to get a voluntary exit and move on in life still giving to society and at the same time striving to give my children similar if not equal opportunities to what I had.0 -
