Mostly our microwave gets used for peas and carrots
And for making porridge
In theory then we don't really need it, you can adjust to doing frozen peas and carrots on the stove top.
But making porridge in a pan
I make it in a glass jug in the microwave in 2 minutes and eat it straight from the jug (so vulgar but no one is looking)Good afternoon Elite :hello:
Had a trip to MrT earlier, nothing much there. I did try um bongo but Mocs wouldn't scan  so SA called for help. Hmmm, it seems that it says on the Mocs at participating stores only and she thought maybe my store isn't one of them  out of kindness she did let me have one only , bless her. Strange really as when they were last on sale at 64p the Mocs had to be added manually. Think I will need to choose another SA next visit
No J West spreadables. Something else I wanted they didn't have. Those rice and grains were toooooo expensive even using a moc so didn't bother
I managed to find that cherry drink, was it so cherry or something like that. 75p in store 50p moc. I hope I like it
In desperate Need of a microwave, mine is outside to be taken to the tip. Stupid thing started shooting out flames last night  MrA have little or no choice and MrT has less. 2 in store, one was a manual one for £35 the other was £40. May have a look at argus and see what my local have in stock
LS. It was lovely seeing you posting. I hope today has brought you even more healing x
Bananababe. Hey how are you. Ages since you posted last. Sounds like now you are mortgage free you have a bit more room for manoeuvre so to speak.

Lol, I make mine in a bowl in the microwave. Far more genteel and just the same amount of washing up
Currently our microwave is being used to house our "posh" plates, pending arrival of new sideboard next week0 -

If you have forgotten to add your code for extra points then it might be worth emailing them - I've done successfully last year. The code is not working on everyones accounts sadly
- I am holding on for normal mysteries before I try the code and get myself overexcited.
Thanks.... I'm quite tempted. Not ordered from them before but do like fizzy;) and my wine rack is very empty:(...
I'm sure I have a code for extra points but that's on groceries... Wonder if it would work:think:....0 -

how low class
Ours is used for the same, peas, par boiling spuds ready to roast and of course porridge. But I'm too much of a lady to eat from the jug, it must be in a bowl. Now DH on the other hand ...... :rotfl::rotfl:There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Sadly I have to do my own washing up hence the jug, saves having to wash a separate bowl - OH comes back from work and looks at the drainer and ponders how I've managed to produce so much washing up all on my own - porridge jug, juice glasses, smoothie jug, various chopping boards, tea mugs“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. I am so wanting a holiday! DH looked at cruises in the mail, buy one get one free. Why the heck he didn't tell me about it and now the deadline has gone way passed
I don't want to have to fly home after a cruise as what would I do with my shopping etc? Weight restrictions with luggage.
China is still on the top of the to do list, it's an escorted tour taking in so many places but I need to know that I'm as near to 100% fit as I can be to enjoy the whole experience and to justify the cost.
Will no doubt head off back to Spain, so many places that previously we thought we would go to are too near troubles for my liking these days
Right, DH has done tea again today, so must dash for the shower first and freshen up. My hair looks so manky, like I've been dragged throught a hedge
Hey bubbs, how are your arms? What about an appointment?
