Haven't done one myself didn't get on here yesterday and today the weather is too foul.

This has probably been mentioned before, but just to say that I have noticed that Holland & Barrett start to reduce their products that are best before the end of the current month at the beginning of that month (e.g. stuff that is bb end Sept will be reduced from beginning Sept). You can also use any 'buy one get one half price', 'any one item half price' codes/instore promotions/till spits that you may have. Hope that helps someone.
