CCJ attachment of earnings northern ireland

Nationwide promised me that if I let a charging order be put on my home, for a credit card debt, I would not have to pay them off quickly, as the charging order would just ensure they would get their money if I sold the house. the debt is around %5000 and I have been paying them off £20 a month, which was going ok, but they are asking for £200 a month out of my salary as well, which would mean I cannot afford to live and pay my priority bills. I have a hearing coming up soon, with the Master and I don't know what to say, as I have objected to the attaachment to earnings, on the grounds that Nationwide told me there would be no attachment of earnings.
Short story is I was burgled twice, house insurance, car insurance went sky high and 4 years down the line, and I am only starting to straighten out the damage of losing two cars, and getting hardly anything from insurance companies. I just want to get on with paying my debts off and getting back to living my life.
