Lemon drizzle cake help!

I'm really hoping someone can offer some advice. I've been making a Nigella Lawson lemon drizzle cake with no problems for years - I must have made it about 30 times and it's always been perfect. But the last two times I've made it, it's sunk. I'm doing nothing differently that I can think of. The first time I thought it was a fluke but obviously when it came out the same way tonight I've realised it must be something else.
Any ideas?

Could your oven be on the way out? If it has hot spots and cool spots it would affect the way your cake turns out." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D
